The brazilian wax was done in only two large sections - my whole left side the my whole right side , rather than a number of smaller sections like all the other waxes I've had. This was certainly quick and efficient, but excruciatingly painful. In fact I bled for the whole day. I was not even warned of this quite dramatically different approach to a wax (from my experience at least...). This being said Shami was a really lovely lady, but the 'everything off in one' (well, in two) is not for me!

The staff were amazing. Very efficient especially as they were super busy! Pedicure was perfect. I smudged my nails whilst they were drying and she took the time to redo it perfectly. Definitely will be going back
