The treading was amazing she is so talented great customer service. Shamin is great I’m now her regular. However, some of the other staff is the reason for my low score. The welcome was luck warm wasn’t exactly greeted with a smile probably wouldn’t return if it wasn’t for shamin. My internet was playing up so needed to login to the WiFi in salon for about 6 seconds to pay for my transaction. However I was made to feel like this was a big deal and when they took the pay they stood over me like a security card. The payment was £3.50 is anyone is wondering this made me feel very uncomfortable and was off putting. I was made to less important than the clients having their nails done which I hated. The customer service should be the same for everyone.
