Booked an acrylic nail removal. There were two options which were with gel or powder. I selected with gel as gel varnish was used and paid £8. Upon arrival I was told that it is actually £12 and that I selected the wrong treatment - there was no other one to select other than powder which was £12. I told the gentlemen of the options presented under acrylic nail removal but he was adamant I was incorrect. I just paid the difference (good job I had cash on me!). I wasn’t impressed. Service was ok.
