Really lovely and sweet therapists. Excellent eyebrow threading and gel manicure was fine but found it a bit quick/rough- my nails were bare and the first thing that was done to them was the surface was buffed with a tool. Not sure why this was needed but it causes nail damage and it was done with no cream or soaking beforehand. Cuticles were pushed back and cut again without any cream/soaking.
