I came in for my appointment time on Friday and it was super busy, after waiting 15mins it was clear they were running behind- some folks had been waiting 40mins+ for their appointment, so I offered to come back the following day - the next day my appointment did start 15mins late but I was able to wait.
-It's not the technicians fault, they're all working as fast and hard as they can, but it does need to be communicated that there is a delay, an what the expectation of that is
