The service was terrible. The appointment time was not respected, the staff I picked was not respected. The hygiene was poor (the staff passed the nail file from customer to customer without disinfecting the tools or the workplace). The final effect of the nails wa not what I requested, the nails were too thick and the shape was not filed down well. The corners had a noticeable difference and the cuticles not treated at all. After a day I removed the whole nails and I paid £35+£7 for nothing
