Despite pre booking was seen half an hour late without any explanation or apology. Essentially they take any walk ins which come and ignore booked timings so it’s luck of the draw if you’re seen on time. When seen the appointment felt rushed and I had to ask for the trimming which would usually be standard. Would avoid on a weekend in the future.
