I've been a loyal customer of Elysium since it opened, always appreciating the friendly atmosphere and polite technicians. However, during my recent visit, one of the female technicians was unfriendly and rude to me and other clients. It’s disappointing, especially when conversations in Vietnamese felt negative. Even if we don't understand the language, it's clear when something unpleasant is being said. I hope all clients can be treated with respect, regardless of language barriers
