Showed a picture of the style I wanted to the technician who couldn’t speak English properly. She was rough whilst filling the nails that were fresh with glue, she didn’t file as per the reference, I felt she even said comments in her language which made me uncomfortable. After leaving and knowing I didn’t get what I wanted, I came back the next morning for their colleague Martin to amend the nails. Overall wouldn’t recommend, it feels like you’re an inconvenience going to get your nails done.
