Really disappointed! I’ve been coming here for years always booked the same treatment today I got told I hadn’t paid for take off. I have always just paid for a gel pedicure take off of a polish should be included in the price as it takes no longer than a minute to do! He then said I had to pay an extra £5 which is ridiculous seeing as it’s only an extra £2 in their booklet. I paid and he then said I hadn’t paid even though I showed him my bank app. £43 for a very very basic pedi is a joke!

I have gone to get my nails done here for a long time, but was a bit disappointed this time. The colour was not as close to the critical as usual meaning it looks a bit grown out already and it’s not even been a week. Didn’t touch the cuticles or the skin around it so it just looks messy.
