Despite booking paying for eyebrow & eyelash tinting I was told that the price did not in fact include the eyelash tinting and that I would need to pay additional £16. The lady seemed aware that the treatment was advertised wrongly on Treatwell for some time and said to me "it's just the way it is". To make the matters worse, my brows were shaped unevenly and at the end I was told that this is because "one of my brows was shorter than the other". I won't be coming back to this salon.
