I was very disappointed with my visit to Elysium. My pedicure water was freezing, my nails were unevenly filed, and when I asked for correction the manicurist cut them far too short and seemed annoyed. She was distracted and kept pausing and chatting throughout. For my manicure I asked for the same color as my toes, but was told they had just run out of it. Since I needed them to match for a wedding, I asked to cancel, but they insisted on rebooking and said I wouldn’t get my money back.
