I’ve been coming to this salon since it opened and always had great experiences, until recently. Even with an appointment, you can wait up to 30 minutes. The newer staff are rude and create an uncomfortable atmosphere. My last visit was awful, the tech ignored my requests not to file my nails and filed them all the way down. When corrected he was visibly irritated and walked off mid appointment! This used to be one of my favourite salons. Sadly, they’ve lost a long standing customer.
