Quite unfriendly and unwelcoming staff and atmosphere. Not quite sure why they allow bookings, if they don’t really make sure to have time for bookings. I appreciate that sometimes things run late etc. but it wouldn’t have bothered me if staff would have at least acknowledged me and managed expectations.
