Fantastic service as usual. I was on a strict timescale & technician was fab. Really quick but didn't cut corners & so pleased as usual. By far the best salon in Elmers End in fact in whole area

My experience was disappointing. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and the staff look displeased. 20 minutes passed, without an apology, by the time someone was ready to start my appointment. The massage for the manicure was underwhelming and the massage for the pedicure was non-existent as two existing customers walked in 10 minutes before the business was supposed to close so the person giving me the pedicure decided to start their fingernail services immediately.
