This was my first massage experience at Elysium. Nisha was extremely welcoming and hospitable, I was offered a glass of water upon entering the place. The massage pressure was much firmly than expected. I indicated to Tejal to be a little gentler when she was doing what I think was pressure points release on some of my sore muscles. It was painful! However, I have to say, a day or two later, my back muscles felt SO much better. The knots had gone! I guess it's a case of no pain no gain!
