I think today they were having a bad day as it wasn't the same as usual. The lady doing my manicure seemed new so it took some time and wasn't done so well. Luckily another lady took over and saved the day. My pedicure was good but ther process was bit smooth maybe because she was trying to rush it. Today just seemed like an odd day for them. Hopefully will be better next time
