My appointment was 45 mins behind schedule and when I finally did get seen, my therapist didn’t seem to quite have the expertise on nails that I am used to at other places. I was swapped half way through with someone else because my therapist was taking too long to do my manicure. The shellac lasted about 2 weeks which isn’t the worst I’ve had but not the best. I was trying to be understanding considering they had not long re-opened but it didn’t want to make me return here unfortunately.

The ladies were lovely however after getting home and inspecting everything I'm not really pleased with the results. I had lots of bits of wax left on me after the Hollywood and lots of hairs left both on legs and Hollywood. The pedicure was good (especially the heated boots) however there was nail polish left around my nails and the foot scrub didn't remove my dead skin. Im sure if I had noticed these at the salon and asked them to fix it they would've accomodated but I didn't see until after.
