The staff was very polite and welcoming, had a good conversation with Nisha. The service was also great as she understood what I wanted and was clearly passionate about the aesthetics.

Beautiful salon. Clean and pleasantly decorated. Nisha is very polite and friendly and really made me feel at ease. Great wash and cut. Only downside is my hair is a lot shorter than I wanted/expected although it didn’t seem like that at the time in the salon. Despite that I’m really happy with my hair cut and the service received. I would definitely recommend Elysium and Nisha!

My appointment was 45 mins behind schedule and when I finally did get seen, my therapist didn’t seem to quite have the expertise on nails that I am used to at other places. I was swapped half way through with someone else because my therapist was taking too long to do my manicure. The shellac lasted about 2 weeks which isn’t the worst I’ve had but not the best. I was trying to be understanding considering they had not long re-opened but it didn’t want to make me return here unfortunately.
