I booked a facial and aromatherapy massage as a late birthday treat. This was my first time at Elysium and I feel pretty lucky to have stumbled on this Northwood gem. The salon was clean and calm- I was offered tea or water which was nice and didn't need to wait long to be seen. My therapist was friendly and attentive. She carried out my massage to my desired pressure and even focused on places which were causing me stress. I felt really taken care of and totally relaxed. My facial was fantastic! I was given advice on further treatments and she took her time on problem areas and I felt really refreshed. There was a visible improvement in my skin after the facial and I do intend on coming back. I even recommended my sister who also enjoyed the same treatment.

I booked my facial last minute using Treatwell. Although Nisha was running late, she was very apologetic and didn’t rush the treatment. I am very self conscious about my skin but Nisha was very reassuring and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and plan to go back.
