Nisha was brilliant, lovely atmosphere in the salon. Gel manicure was amazing. She fixed one of my nails after a slight issue for free. Lovely to talk to and will be returning!

Nisha and Ritz yet again provided me with excellent service. They always accommodate for my requirements and make sure I am completely satisfied with my treatment before leaving. In addition to this, Elysium spa has a very peaceful ambience. This helps clients feel calm and relaxed during treatments and the staff are extremely friendly, which enhances the whole experience.

Staff were very nice and friendly and I can’t comment on any of the other services, but I wouldn’t go here for a massage again. It didn’t feel like the woman doing it had much training to know where the muscles are or any proper techniques for how to massage, it was just like oil being rubbed into my back for 45 minutes (not the full hour). Which was relaxing I suppose but it was not a massage to me. If you prefer a really soft approach to being massaged maybe you would enjoy it more than I did
