Had a great time having a much needed haircut done, the lovely head massage and a quality blow-dry - as well as Masala Chai - were perfect as well. Special thanks for accommodating my baby daughter, no babysitter was needed.

I had a great massage done by Ritz!
Since having my baby I was getting a lot of back pain due to sitting a lot whilst feeding my baby. Rita listened to my needs & did a great job relieving my stiffness during my back massage & advised me to return for a full body massage. I would love too!! I will return once my baby is a bit older & pamper myself with more treatments:))

I have booked with Jo, but had a haircut with Ritz. She doesn't speak much English. Another lady kept asking me all sort of questions and they were speaking their language all the time which felt awkward. Hair cut is bad, I was persuaded to have layers and at the back they are so blunt, looks terrible. When blow-drying my hair it was pulled so hard it really hurt and I could smell my hair burning. I will have to go elsewhere to try an fix this.
