They squeezed me in at the last minute, Google had taken me elsewhere and they gave me directions but when I hadn’t arrived they rang to make sure I was okay. On arrival as I was huffing and puffing they gave me a glass of water and asked me to catch my breath.
The hair cut was lovely especially the way they blow dried it wavy. The staff all are very friendly. Would definitely recommend them and can’t wait to go back and have a massage next time.

This was my second massage with Ritz and my first facial. Both were brilliant. I almost fell asleep during the facial, it was so relaxing.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. I'd highly recommend.
