Today was my first visit to the salon with my teenage daughter, who needed a haircut. All the staff were friendly and approachable. Ritz cut my daughter’s hair step by step and always checked what she exactly wanted, especially with her curtain bangs. The result was amazing (and trendy for a teenager‘s standards) and my daughter is very pleased. The hairdressers gave all the attention to the customer and the process was not rushed at all! The next appointment will be for myself, for sure ! :)
