I enjoyed the cupping and the massage but was a little disappointed with the reflexology, this might be because I usually go somewhere else and it was a different style. I really liked the way Anna talked me through any symptoms or advice at the end

Anna was so welcoming and understanding. My treatment was really personalised around problem areas. I have had cupping before and felt generic. This treatment was so individualised and made a huge difference.
My reflexology was incredible and peaceful and Anna shared her knowledge. It was both relaxing and eye opening.
It was so good I have booked further sessions.
