What a lovely experience at Elyse! I came a few years ago and had my nails damaged, so was put off going again. However, after a recommendation I decided to give it another go. I am so glad that I did. The staff were really welcoming and attentive. And most importantly, the work on my nails were fantastic. Especially from Ioana - she was really diligent but also did my nails much quicker than I've ever had done in London! And was very nice. I would certainly recommend and know that I'll be back!

As a busy mum, it was great that the appointment was on time and only took half an hour. In the time I got to relax. The therapist only spoke when necessary to communicate, which I like a lot.
