I came here for my first ever bikini wax and it was an awful experience, I was aggressively lectured about the horrible quality of my ‘thick and coarse’ hair, I’m a black woman with PCOS which obviously impacts the texture of my hair and I felt incredibly shamed by the beauty therapist when I was already in a vulnerable position. I came away from it completely in shock and embarrassed. The salon seems fine otherwise, reception seem friendly but still you couldn’t pay me to go back.
