Shanza was amazing! As was Jackie - thank you girls! But the manager was unnecessarily rude, created a weird atmosphere and tried to overcharge me at the end.
I rang to see if it was possible to reschedule my appointment for later that day due to an emergency at work but instead of saying “No we can’t reschedule I’m sorry!” she had a go at me for asking. Know it was a last min emergency so understand not rescheduling but disappointed she didn’t communicate her response well or politely.

Elyse is now my go-to place for all treatments. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Shanaz is always super fun and chatty while she does my nails, which makes it a lovely experience. They always come out looking brilliant and the colour options are plentiful. If they don’t have a colour, the staff are always very quick to offer alternates and suggest other options too.
