Chebelle was really friendly and lovely. I was surprised and pleased with how quick the wax was, but then when I got home realised a lot of hair had been left (including a huge patch at the front despite it being a Hollywood). I had asked and trusted her when she said it was all gone (as I’m pregnant so couldn’t see), so that was a bit disappointing. Similarly with the facial waxing. Also, staff at front desk could be a bit friendlier!
