I had Brazilian hot wax and full harm strip wax. Ivelina did a great job. She is professional and was quick. I like that she uses the spatula to apply the wax instead of the roll. In my opinion, it’s sign of good training and a guarantee for the end result. I was also offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival which took me by surprise and helped relax.
