I usually come here for my gel manicure and I’m always fully satisfied with the service. Unfortunately I wasn’t completely satisfied with my waxing service. The therapist is nice; but the waxing technique was just too rushed and too painful for me. Too much wax applied covering large areas and the way the strip is yanked off the skin is incredibly painful. Will not be coming back for this service. Manager did give 20% off my next treatment though, which is appreciated.
