Worst experience I’ve had with a nail shop in my entire life. After just 5 days my bias started peeling. Went back and saw someone called Tatiana who kept arguing with me and talking to other nail techs in their language. Worst part? Despite me showing multiple signs of pain she kept clipping my cuticles so harshly that I started bleeding!!!!!!! Barely said anything after, just cleaned it and continued?! I am now so traumatised about that experience I will now fear getting my cuticles cut
