It was my first time at Elyse and it was not a pleasant experience. I had booked the Hollywood wax with Urvashi.
During the treatment, she was not the most compassionate.
She informed me I had "coarse hair" which was an uncomfortable statement to make as there are women with all different types of hair textures.
Afterward she left the room, I noticed there was still wax on me and to make it worse not all the hair had been removed. It was not as thorough as I know a Hollywood wax to be.
