Unfortunately, not all staff members seem to provide the same standard of service. I have had great nails done by one technician and then returned and had probably the worst I’ve ever had. Same with eyebrows but I have figured out who to book with

Good treatment, though too much hair taken off, so brows thinner than I wanted, despite requesting not to thin a certain area.

Always a relaxing experience and quality. Last for ages and as I’m a gym girl, my nails aren’t always in the best condition but they always fix them up real good.
