My usual therapist is no longer there so this was my first time with Lidia. The treatment was ok, although very slow. Usually they use the strips to remove the wax but she was fanning the wax with her hands to dry, which took a long time and I never had this before, at this salon and at other salons! Also, I am used to a friendly service with small chat and a smile. Lidia barely spoke to me and barely smiled. It made the experience uncomfortable.
