The chin wax was great except for the slightly haphazard application of the wax which meant some got on my lower lip by accident and obviously ripped the skin. Not ideal the day before a wedding. I don’t usually like to complain and of course it was an accident but I think it could’ve been avoided with a bit more care. Apart from that the wax was very efficient, ie quick and no need for tweezing. Bikini wax missed a couple of Hairs but apart from that was great.
