I had booked via Treatwell and selected my favourite technician to carry out my manicure rather than choosing the first available. However, this was not fulfilled and I had my nails done by another technician while my selected person was attending to other clients. I found this quite disappointing as I had selected who I wanted on my booking. If there were any changes to it, I could have been notified upon arrival that my selected technician was not available and be given the choice of whether I wanted to go ahead with the treatment. A decent manicure was still done anyhow. Nevertheless, if there is the option to choose who to carry out your treatment it should be followed through, I didn’t select the first available as I had a personal preference. Found this disappointing and hope it will be addressed. :(

Will def try it on a regular basis and see how my skin looks like in few months! Friendly staff, good ambiance. Therapy room was bright but I like that as the therapist can see what's happening with my skin!!!
