There was a strange atmosphere in the salon, I was the only customer and 6 employees were doing a deep clean and moping the floor around me.
The root colour was a good match and looked nice when I left. When I got home and looked in mirror I realised my hair had been blow dried to hide major staining along my hair line and blotches of brown dye on my neck. She must have noticed these and not owned up, very disappointing.
