I am compelled to leave this review to highlight the deeply unprofessional and substandard experience I endured at Elsa Salon. Despite booking a blow-dry appointment through Treatwell, the staff pretended they had no record of my reservation when I called to confirm. Upon arrival, I was met with staff who neither spoke nor understood English, making effective communication nearly impossible. To my astonishment, the receptionist, who lacked both expertise and professionalism did my hair
