I’m not one to complain but I see no difference in my hair colour and lots of breakages. I’m £120 down. And when I queried why there wasn’t highlights she was rude and swore, they asked me to email head office and i haven’t received any response.

I was in need for a quick haircut that was in walking distance from my house and I found availability at Elsa. In 20 minutes Elona gave me a great haircut that refreshed my current growing out pixie. Very skilled and friendly. I will return. :)
