It was very chaotic. Seemed very disorganised and people were on their phones on loud speaker. Not a relaxing experience at all. Staff were friendly enough and services ok but doubt I'd go again.

Ok, but the wax was not very thorough and despite asking for further removal, there was still hair remaining at when i got home. More than previous venues/treatments. I was told i was expecting a Hollywood, but this was not the case. There was still hair remaining in areas where it would normally be removed for a Brazilian.
