Unfortunately this experience was not an enjoyable one . I chose this venue Specifically for the use of Dermalogica products. I myself have been a beauty therapist for over 10 years and have trained and worked as a Dermalogica therapist. The facial was not a prescriptive facial, the routine was incorrect and not all of the products used were even from the range. I could tell this from the range and texture and lack of product used. I questioned the treatment and was told this is how it's done. I will not be going back and do not recommend it . The so called treatment was interrupted by the receptionist and a conversation carried out while it was my time there.
As I know the product and routine so well I feel very sorry for those who are being misled and trusting people who are supposed to be trained beauty professionals.

I was there before and I was happy, but this time I was different, I got a poor hair wash and was almost no product to protect the hair from the heat, just one spray in one part of the head, nothing else, the hair looks dry, without shine, definitely not a saloon finish looking.
