My boyfriend had a very negative experience here. The appointment time and day was changed with much confusion due to a staff shortage. I was contacted on several occasions to clarify the booking. My boyfriend arrived and he was prepared for a massage even though he had booked a wax and we had confirmed this on the phone. The treatment was of very poor quality and unnecessarily painful, the staff were rude and abrupt. We would not recommend.
