My therapist was very nice and personable. However:
- I booked for a Brazilian. I told her what I wanted at the start of the appointment and clarified the shape. She just gave me a Hollywood. I have never asked for or wanted that.
- the service was painful - more so than the 20 odd years' worth of waxes I have had to date.
- the quality of the removal was poor and left a lot of broken hairs on my legs. Again, more than normal.
The overall parlour was average, but getting it that wrong is awful.
