Very friendly lady, massage could have been a bit firmer but lovely and relaxing all the same. Lovely ambience in the room - low lights, candles, lavender and music.

I am giving it 3 stars because although the manicurist was lovely, I would not go back. Firstly, at £40 it is up there in terms of price and for that you expect a top notch treatment. It was indeed a manicure and not just a nail file and polish (in addition she did my cuticles and a scrub plus massage), however, I left extremely disappointed. My nails aren’t same shape nor filed neatly, my cuticles look messy and still there on most fingers and not to mention the actual polish. She polished the surrounding area too and didn’t tidy it up so as a result it’s starting to peel off and come off the nails too so I’d be surprised if it will last a week. Only positive was the massage and scrub.
