Preet was a lovely and welcoming facialist and the treatment room had a cosy atmosphere and smelled of lavender. The facial involved cleansing, massage, exfoliation and steam, extraction and a final moisturise, all in 30 minutes. I left glowing and feeling relaxed and cared for. Will definitely return - a bargain!
