I’d booked balayage and a cut for £105 and when the bleach was in my hair they said it would be an extra £25 for toner. That was not at all clear beforehand. I hadn’t planned for that and they ended up not charging me on that basis but it was a stressful experience. The colour itself was also disappointing and ended up going blonde instead of having a balayage. Will now have to get it corrected.
