I was really upset and disappointed by the service I had here. I came in for a wash and haircut, there was no consultation before my hair was washed, once she had washed it she parted it in the wrong place and said she would cut it this way then I could style it how I liked... that didn't make sense to me as o dont wear it parted there. I wanted a layered Bob with shaping around the face, I got a straight Bob with no texture and hardly anything off. After it was dried I told her I wasnt happy I wanted more off, she didn't take this well and got angry at me for not saying sooner... my hair went sits very differently to dry. So she took some more off and added in more texture. I didn't get any styling, she didn't show me the back in the mirror and the whole ordeal lasted less than 20 mins, there was no care put in and I saw why i was rushed out when I got home and it was uneven. I normally dont like to leave bad reviews but I went home crying and need the £5 credit to pay for another haircut to fix this mess.

I’m disappointed by this massage. The room was cold, not cosy, or smelling of essential oils as you could expect. I chose a back,shoulder&neck and was expecting a deep pressure to tackle the knots in my shoulders but instead spent 30min frustrated as the therapist mainly rubbed my lower back and arms, repeating the same circular movements over and over again,not once touching the sore shoulders or asking if the pressure was ok.Her touch was very light and other people might like it but i didn’t.
