The problem was not with the haircut as with the atmosphere there and reception that I received. Maybe you have to pay extra for a pleasant smile when you arrive but I have to say hairdresser didn't smile once throughout the hour that I was there. No attempt to chat, no tea or coffee offered and no music playing (complete silence!) The time really dragged. A joyless experience.
