Whilst I was happy to support a small business, I was mortified by the colour of my hair when I came out! It became very apparent that despite having shown a photo of what I wanted I wasn’t going to get it. My hair was two separate colours when I left the salon, I was told to keep washing it out and it will fade. Not what you want. I went to Rush they were appalled, had to then spend more money fixing the mess, they were able to give me the colour I wanted effortlessly. Really disappointed
